The PointLine Care Club is a simple yearly membership for $99 a year. It covers one household and removes the $85 visit fee for every service call and diagnostic during your membership year. You also get one maintenance visit a year on the appliance of your choice, 10% off labor on every repair, and help by photo or error code — anytime.
We are a small, family-owned company based in Superior, and we started PointLine after years of watching homeowners get frustrated by unclear pricing and poor communication. The Care Club grew out of that. We wanted a straightforward way for families to call us the moment something seems off, without weighing the visit fee first. When you know the service call is already covered, small problems get looked at before they become big ones.

Each membership year includes one maintenance visit on the appliance you choose: your refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher or range. Your technician cleans key areas, tests how the appliance is running and inspects parts for wear. If something looks like it is heading toward trouble, we will explain what we see in plain terms so you can decide what to do.
As a general rule, many appliance breakdowns start small. Dust on refrigerator condenser coils, lint buildup in a dryer, or a worn seal or hose can make an appliance work harder than it should over time. Catching those things during a routine check is often simpler than dealing with a sudden failure, and it gives you a clearer sense of how much life your appliance has left.
