Rental Appliance Repair

Rental Appliance Repair Built Around Property Managers

PointLine works with property management companies and owners of multiple rentals across the Denver Metro Area and Boulder County. Whether you manage a handful of houses or a full apartment community, we repair the everyday residential appliances your tenants rely on: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, microwaves, garbage disposals and more.

We are a small, family-owned company based in Superior. Our company was started by an experienced technician and his wife after years at other repair companies, where they saw too much poor communication and unclear pricing. So we keep things simple for you: we handle the tenant scheduling, we tell you what we found, we show you what we did, and we bill your company cleanly. Fewer phone calls on your end, and a clear record for every unit.

Why Work With Us

Why Property Managers Choose PointLine

  • Fast Service Visits

We know a broken refrigerator or washer in a rental means a tenant waiting and calling. We move quickly to get a technician out, and same-day service is often available depending on the schedule.

  • We Schedule With the Tenant

Once you send the request, we reach out to the tenant directly and set a time that works for them. Your team doesn't have to play phone tag or relay messages.

  • Photos and a Short Report Every Time

After every repair, you get photos and a brief report covering what we found and what we did. It gives you a clear record for each unit without needing to visit the property yourself.

  • Invoices Made Out to Your Company

We bill your management company or ownership entity, not the tenant. Each invoice ties to the property and the repair, which makes it easier to keep your books organized.

  • Service Across Many Properties

We can handle work at many properties across the Denver Metro Area and Boulder County, so one repair company can cover your portfolio instead of several.

  • Genuine OEM Parts and a 90-Day Warranty

We repair with genuine OEM parts made for the appliance, and our work is backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. We are also insured, so you can send us into your units with confidence.

How a Work Order Goes

How a Rental Repair Work Order Works

From your request to a paid invoice — without chasing anyone.

  1. 01

    You Send the Request

Send us the property address, the appliance, a quick description of the problem and the tenant's contact information. That's all we need to get started.

  2. 02

    We Contact the Tenant

We reach out to the tenant directly and schedule the visit at a time that works for them. You don't need to coordinate access or relay updates.

  3. 03

    Repair, Photos and Report

Your technician diagnoses the appliance and completes the repair with genuine OEM parts. Afterward, we send you photos and a short report explaining what we found and what was done.

  4. 04

    Invoice to Your Company

We send the invoice to your company, with the $85 diagnostic visit credited toward the repair. The work is covered by our 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Between Tenants

Appliance Checks Between Tenants

The time between tenants is a good window to look at the appliances before someone new moves in. We offer appliance checks during turnover, so your technician can look over the refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer and other appliances in the unit and let you know what is working well and what may need attention.

Catching a weak dryer element, a leaking dishwasher seal or a refrigerator that isn't holding temperature before move-in helps keep units rent-ready and avoids a service call in the new tenant's first week. As with every visit, you receive photos and a short report, so you can plan repairs or replacements with a clear picture of each unit.

  • “I highly recommend PointLine for appliance repair! I called them on a Sunday about a leaking washing machine, and they were incredibly responsive right from the start. They scheduled a same-day appointment, and Nick arrived ready to help. He was highly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and fixed the faulty valve during that single visit. To top it off, Nick followed up a week later to ensure everything was still working perfectly. I will absolutely use them again for any future repair needs!”

  • “My GE refrigerator stopped cooling shortly after we moved to Superior. We wanted to support a local company, so we called PointLine Appliance Repair. Nick came out the same day, fixed the fridge on the spot, and the price was very reasonable. Super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely call them again if we ever need another appliance repaired. Highly recommend!”

  • “This is a small owner-operated business, which is a big bonus as pricing is much more reasonable than using the chains or PE owned companies. Nick was accommodating, and installed a new evaporator fan in my GE Cafe fridge/freezer quickly and correctly. Highly recommend.”

How do I send a repair request?

Call us at (720) 285-3573 or use the partnership form on this page to get your account set up. After that, you can send work orders with the property address, the appliance, a short description of the problem and the tenant's contact details, and we take it from there.

Do you coordinate directly with tenants?

Yes, we contact the tenant and schedule the visit with them directly. That saves your team the back-and-forth of finding a time that works, and we keep you informed about what happens at the unit.

What do I receive after a repair?

You receive photos and a short written report after every repair. The report explains what was wrong, what we repaired or replaced, and anything worth keeping an eye on, so you have a clear record for each property.

How is billing handled?

Invoices are made out to your company rather than to the tenant. We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and checks, and our $85 diagnostic visit is credited toward the repair if you move forward.

How many properties can you service?

We can service many properties across the Denver Metro Area and Boulder County, from a few single-family rentals to apartment communities. We serve 21 cities in the region, so most portfolios in the area fall within our coverage.

What is the Property Care Club?

It is a yearly membership for $99 that covers an unlimited number of your properties. Members get free service calls and diagnostics at every property, one free maintenance visit a year for each property, and 15% off labor on every repair, with parts and labor quoted on site and billed separately. It renews yearly, and you can cancel anytime before renewal.

Which appliances and brands do you repair?

We repair the standard residential appliances found in rentals, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, microwaves and garbage disposals. We work on the major household brands commonly installed in rental units and use genuine OEM parts for repairs.
