Miele Repair

Precise Repair for Precisely Built Miele Appliances

Miele owners tend to expect a lot from their appliances, and they usually have good reason to. When a dishwasher stops draining, a washer refuses to spin or a wall oven will not come up to temperature, you want someone who takes the same careful approach the machine was built with. We are a small, family-owned company based in Superior, and we treat every Miele in your home the way we would treat our own.

Your visit starts with a $85 diagnostic, credited toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. Your technician tracks down the actual cause, explains it in plain terms and gives you a firm quote before any work begins. Repairs use genuine OEM parts and are backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Same-day service is often available, though it depends on the schedule.

Miele Appliances

Miele Appliances Your Technician Can Service

From the dishwasher to the wine cooler, here is a look at the Miele appliances we work on and the trouble each one commonly runs into.

  • Miele Dishwasher Repair

Miele dishwashers commonly stop with drain faults, water inlet codes, Waterproof system alerts or dishes that come out damp. We clean and test drain pumps and non-return valves, replace inlet valves and heating components, and sort out circulation and drying problems on freestanding, integrated and fully built-in models.

    Dishwasher Repair
  • Miele Washer Repair

Front-load Miele washers often stop mid-cycle when the drain pump or filter is clogged, or refuse to spin when the load is unbalanced or a sensor fails. We repair pumps, door locks, bearings, motors and control faults, and check for scale buildup that hard water can leave behind.

    Washer Repair
  • Miele Dryer Repair

Heat-pump and vented Miele dryers commonly run long or leave clothes damp when lint filters, heat exchangers or venting get restricted. We clean and inspect airflow paths, test sensors and heating or heat-pump components, and repair drums, belts and controls.

    Dryer Repair
  • Miele Wall Oven Repair

Miele wall ovens and steam ovens can stop heating, heat unevenly or show issues with steam generation and water supply. We test elements, temperature sensors, fans, door locks and electronics, and descale steam systems where mineral buildup is the culprit.

    Wall Oven Repair
  • Miele Range & Stove Repair

A Miele range may have burners that will not light, an oven that runs hot or cold, or igniters that click without catching. We check igniters, valves, elements and sensors, and confirm gas models are set up correctly for Colorado altitude.

    Range & Stove Repair
  • Miele Cooktop Repair

Induction, electric and gas Miele cooktops commonly show unresponsive zones, touch controls that will not register or burners with weak flames. We diagnose induction generators, control boards, sensors and gas components, and handle flush-mounted installations carefully.

    Cooktop Repair
  • Miele Range Hood Repair

Miele range hoods often lose suction, run noisy or have lights and controls that stop working. We repair blower motors, switches, lighting and control boards, and check filters and ducting for restrictions.

    Range Hood Repair
  • Miele Refrigerator Repair

A Miele refrigerator that is warming up, frosting over or running constantly often points to a fan, sensor, defrost or sealed-system issue. We diagnose cooling, ice makers, water dispensers and door seals on built-in and freestanding units.

    Refrigerator Repair
  • Miele Freezer Repair

Miele freezers commonly develop frost buildup, temperature swings or alarms that will not clear. We test defrost components, fans, thermostats and seals so your frozen food stays safely frozen.

    Freezer Repair
  • Miele Wine Cooler Repair

Miele wine coolers can drift out of their temperature range, run loudly or have zones that stop holding steady. We check fans, sensors, controls and cooling components to bring each zone back to its set point.

    Wine Cooler Repair
  • Miele Microwave Repair

Built-in Miele microwaves and speed ovens may stop heating, have dead touchpads or turntables that will not turn. We diagnose door switches, controls and heating components, following safe practices for high-voltage parts.

Before You Call

Finding the Model and Serial Number on Your Miele

Having the model and serial number ready helps your technician prepare the right parts, and on most Miele appliances the tag is tucked somewhere easy to reach once you know where to look.

  • Dishwasher

Usually on the side edge of the door, visible when you open it partway

  • Washer

Usually behind the small access flap near the bottom front, or around the door opening

  • Dryer

Usually on the frame around the door opening or on the inside of the door

  • Wall Oven

Usually on the oven frame, visible when the door is open

  • Refrigerator

Usually on an inside side wall of the fresh food compartment, near the top or behind a drawer

Care Tips

Simple Habits That Help a Miele Last in Colorado

  • Stay ahead of scale

Denver Water is generally soft to moderately hard, and scale still builds up in dishwashers, washers and steam ovens over time. Keep rinse aid topped off, use dishwasher salt if your model has a built-in softener, and descale steam appliances when prompted.

  • Clean the dishwasher filters

Rinse the filter combination every few weeks and check under it for glass or food debris. A clean filter is one of the easiest ways to prevent drain faults like F11.

  • Keep dryer airflow open

Colorado's dry climate makes lint and static common, so empty lint filters after each load. On heat-pump dryers, clean the heat exchanger filters as the manual recommends, and keep vents clear on vented models.

  • Mind altitude and cold

Gas ranges and cooktops at Front Range elevations need proper setup for even flames. In winter, make sure water lines to the dishwasher, washer and refrigerator are not exposed to freezing temperatures.

Repair or Replace?

Deciding Whether to Repair or Replace a Miele

Miele appliances are generally designed for a long working life, so a single failed part rarely means the whole machine is finished. Pumps, valves, sensors, elements and door locks are commonly replaceable, and repairing them often costs far less than buying and installing a new built-in unit, especially when cabinetry or panels are involved.

Replacement starts to make more sense when an appliance is quite old, has several major components failing at once, or the repair would approach the cost of a new one. Your technician will lay out the options honestly after the diagnosis, with a firm quote, so you can make the call that fits your home and budget.

Can you fix my Miele dishwasher?

Yes, we repair Miele dishwashers, including drain faults, water inlet problems, Waterproof alerts and drying issues. Your technician diagnoses the cause and quotes the repair before starting, whether your unit is freestanding, integrated or fully built in.

What does the first visit cost?

The diagnostic visit is $85, and it is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. You get a firm quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Do you install genuine Miele parts?

Yes, we use genuine OEM parts for Miele repairs. They are made to fit and work the way the original components did.

How is the repair guaranteed?

Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If something related to the repair goes wrong in that window, we come back to make it right.

My Miele dishwasher shows F11, F13 or F70. What should I do?

F11 or a flashing drain light means a drain fault, F12, F13 and F15 point to water inlet trouble, and F70 means the Waterproof system has reacted to water in the base. For drain codes, carefully clean the filters and check under the drain pump cover, watching for broken glass; for inlet codes, check that the faucet is open and the hose is not kinked. With F70, close the water supply, unplug the dishwasher and call for service, as you should for F18 or F24. Miele publishes official codes only for dishwashers, so other appliances are diagnosed by symptoms.

Can you work on built-in and panel-ready Miele units?

Yes, we service integrated, fully built-in and panel-ready Miele appliances. Your technician takes care with custom panels and cabinetry when a unit needs to be pulled out or accessed.
